The Blood Donation Centre at the Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha (RIPAS) Hospital and the Blood Bank of the Suri Seri Begawan Hospital are currently running low on all blood types.
Donation from the public is much needed to replenish the reserves at both hospitals.
Those keen on donating are urged to visit the Blood Donation Centre, RIPAS Hospital or the Blood Bank of the Suri Seri Begawan Hospital, Kuala Belait from 8am to 11.30am and 1.30 pm to 3.30pm during office hours. Several blood donation campaigns have been lined up: Dewan Bukit Retak, Pekan Bangar Youth Centre in Temburong, organised by Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, on October 22 from 9am to noon; and the Blood Bank of the Suri Seri Begawan Hospital, organised by Malayali Association, on October 23 from 8.30am to noon.
Booking slots via Bloodkad is encouraged.
