AKSE Bersatu received a sponsorship boost following a handover of jerseys during the conclusion of their match against MSN United at the Football Association of Brunei Darussalam (FABD) Artificial Football Field recently.
Acting Village Head of Zone 2 and Mukim Zone 3 Kampong Ayer Raimi bin Rashid presented the jerseys to Pengiran Zamri bin Pengiran Haji Bujang, HiTune Group of Companies board member as the main sponsor of AKSE Bersatu. The jersey handover was witnessed by AKSE Bersatu President Haji Fadillah bin Haji Samat as well as the management and club’s committee.
The club competes in the Brunei FA Cup 2022 and the Brunei-Muara District League. They are in the semi-finals of the Brunei-Muara District League after managing four wins and one draw in their group.
The club also won twice and lost once in their Brunei FA Cup group. The contribution of jerseys served to show appreciation towards the sporting spirit of AKSE Bersatu in enhancing the image of Kampong Setia and at the same time preserving their identity.
