KUALA LUMPUR (BERNAMA) – The Attorney-General’s Chambers (AGC) on Wednesday confirmed that it is not appealing against the High Court ruling to return to Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and his wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor the MYR80 million worth of jewellery, luxury watches and designer handbags that were confiscated from Pavilion Residences on May 17, 2018.
Attorney-General Tan Sri Idrus Harun, when contacted by Bernama, said AGC was not appealing against the decision of Judge Datuk Muhammad Jamil Hussin on November 14, 2022.
