Baiduri Bank Sdn Bhd signed an agreement for comprehensive cash management services with Aegis Secure Solutions Sdn Bhd (Aegis) on Tuesday, said Aegis.
In a statement, Aegis said it has signed a Cash Outsourcing Agreement, under which the company will provide Baiduri Bank with services that include cash-in-transit, cash processing and ATM management services.
Baiduri Bank Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Ti Eng Hui; Aegis Directors Ahmad Morshidi bin Pehin Orang Kaya Di-Gadong Seri Diraja Dato Laila Utama Haji Abdul Rahman and Nur Khadijah binti Ahmad; and Aegis CEO Jorge Vega were present at the signing.
The agreement pioneers the first full cash outsourcing approach in Brunei in line with Aegis’s vision of modernising the cash cycle in the country by providing cash management solutions and optimising cash flow for its clients, said Aegis.
Vega said “We are very happy to finalise this agreement after lengthy negotiations.
