Temburong Arabic School celebrated its annual student day and haflut takharruj ceremony at the Temburong Civic Hall recognising 63 students for their academic excellence in 2024.
The ceremony began with the recitation of Sayyidul Istighfar, Surah Al-Fatihah and doa selamat, followed by the singing of the national anthem and the school song.
The school’s headmistress Serikartini binti Haji Omar in her welcoming speech, highlighted the achievements of the students and the school’s commitment to fostering academic excellence.
Students also showcased their talents through performances.
The ceremony’s highlight was the guest of honour presenting awards and certificates to the students.
In conjunction with the event, the haflut takharruj ceremony was held for Year 8 students, marking the completion of their studies.
