A mouth-watering comeback

After much anticipation and excitement, Kenny Rogers Roasters is back in Brunei. An opening ceremony was held at the Mid Valley Shopping Centre yesterday. Malaysian High Commissioner to Brunei Darussalam Dato’ Raja Reza bin Raja Zaib Shah and spouse Datin Roslina binti Ismail were the guests of honour.

The event began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah and Doa followed by a welcoming speech by the Manager of Business Development and Marketing of Kenny Rogers Roasters International Syaffiq Ali who spoke about the history of Kenny Rogers Roasters since its establishment in 1991. He said the brand has gone through ups and downs, but still maintains a prominent presence within the food industry.

The Malaysian High Commissioner highlighted that in Malaysia, Kenny Rogers Roasters has always been his favourite, and he is pleased to see it make a comeback to Brunei, furthering the close friendship and partnership between the two countries.

The highlight of the event was the traditional chicken cutting ceremony by the guest of honour alongside Syaffiq and the Marketing Manager of Kenny Rogers Roasters Brunei Bazilah Isnan.
