SEOUL (ANN/THE KOREA HERALD) – All four members of the K-pop sensation Blackpink are set to reunite at the “Blackpink World Tour [Born Pink] in Cinemas” red carpet event on August 9 at Times Square in Seoul, YG Entertainment has announced.
The event marks the first time in 11 months that the group will appear together.
The members will walk the “pink carpet” for a photo session and to share greetings with fans and reporters.
Blackpink’s concert film, Born Pink, is slated for release on July 31. The pink carpet event will follow a private fan meet-and-greet on August 8, commemorating Blackpink’s eighth debut anniversary.
“This is the first time that all Blackpink members are together since the group’s world tour finale in September last year,” said a representative from YG Entertainment.
The film captures the final concert of Blackpink’s world tour, Born Pink, held at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul in September 2023.
It is scheduled to be released in cinemas across 110 countries, offering fans worldwide a chance to relive the electrifying performances.
