BTS fans await “Monochrome” experience

SEOUL (ANN/THE KOREA HERALD) – Excitement mounts for BTS fans as a pop-up event, “Monochrome,” is set to captivate audiences in Seoul from April 26 to May 12, as announced by Big Hit Music on Tuesday.

The event’s reveal came accompanied by striking posters, including one featuring a never-before-seen black-and-white snapshot of the septet, captured prior to their enlistment.

Another poster depicted boxes moving along a conveyor belt, teasing a thematic connection to “memory clouds,” the focal concept of their 2018 fan meetup.

Accompanying the announcement, an interactive website resembling a tracking page for deliveries emerged, staying true to the ethos that every memory shared with the band will traverse the globe to reach their fervent supporters.

In parallel, BTS members continue to dominate the global music scene individually. Jungkook’s solo endeavour, “Golden,” maintained an impressive presence on the Billboard 200, securing the 182nd spot for its 23rd consecutive week on the chart.

Meanwhile, J-Hope’s special album, “Hope on the Street Vol 1,” made its mark, clinching the No 98 position. With BTS’s collective and individual achievements, anticipation builds for what’s next in their journey to musical greatness.
