77 students feted at award ceremony

A total of 77 students from St Margaret’s School in Seria were rewarded for their academic achievements in the previous school year during the school’s annual Academic Awards Presentation at its hall yesterday.

Member of the school’s Board of Governors Dicky Tiong Chiong Jing attended as the guest of honour, along with officers, teachers and staff members of the school, students, parents and guardians. School Principal Liew Yong Kim delivered a speech followed by the presentation of awards and certificates to the students who had achieved high grades in their Brunei-Cambridge GCE ‘O’ Level examination and Primary School Assessment (PSR).

The guest of honour presented special awards for Best in Academics and Best All-rounder.

The ceremony concluded with a series of multi-cultural performances led by the students and a group photo. – Daniel Lim
