The Language and Literature Bureau Tutong District Branch organised a cycling event recently to promote healthy lifestyle.
Acting Tutong District Officer Mohammad Sofian bin Haji Basri was the guest of honour at the event.
Among the activities was a 30-kilometre cycling ride with participation from 70 cyclists from Santai-Santai Riders (SSR), Amateur Cycling Team (ACT) and Bicycle Expedition Tutong Volunteer (BEST).
SSR’s Idris bin Haji Ali Bahar said the activity not only promoted healthy living but also forged closer ties among cyclists.
The event was held in conjunction with a book bazaar.
