Some 54 blood pints were collected during a blood donation campaign yesterday organised by the Ministry of Education (MoE) through the Uniform and Services Division of the Department of Co-Curriculum Education in collaboration with the Blood Donation Centre of Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Hospital.
The campaign was held in conjunction with the 33rd Teacher’s Day celebration at the ministry’s Co-Curriculum Education Department. The campaign aimed to raise awareness on the importance of donating blood as well as replenishing blood stocks. – Rokiah Mahmud
