Brunei Darussalam recorded 409 cases of COVID-19 recoveries yesterday bringing the national tally to 235,827 cases.
Meanwhile, three cases were recorded in Category 4 requiring respiratory assistance and under close monitoring while no cases were reported in Category 5 requiring intensive care.
There were no COVID-19 fatalities recorded in the last 24 hours. These details were shared by the Ministry of Health in its daily report.
The overall population that has received the fourth dose of the COVID-19 vaccine is at 10.8 per cent while the coverage rate of Brunei population with one booster shot remains at 78.6 per cent.
Meanwhile, the inoculation statistics for children aged five to 11 with two doses of COVID-19 vaccine are at 86.3 per cent, while 61.7 per cent of adolescents aged 12 to 17 have been administered the third shot.
