35 get insight on how to do business in Brunei

The Britain Brunei Business Forum (BBBF) business dialogue at the residence of the British High Commissioner yesterday saw the participation of 35 BBBF members.

The event was part of a series of talks and events celebrating the BBBF’s 20th anniversary.

BBBF welcomed local businessman and Chairman of Asia Inc Forum Dato Timothy Ong as its distinguished speaker at the talk entitled ‘Doing Business in Brunei Darussalam’.

Deputy British High Commissioner to Brunei Darussalam Catherine Pochkhanavala-Cleeve while welcoming the speaker and the audience to the event, thanked Dato Ong for sharing his experience and insights as a businessman in the Sultanate. He spoke about how organisations can prepare for a post-pandemic future as well as the challenges ahead and how to adapt to change.

BBBF chair Siva Subramaniam thanked Dato Ong for his insights and talk, the audience for their questions and participation and Director ASEAN and Corporate Affairs at the UK-ASEAN Business Council Allen Lai for moderating the event.
