Brunei recorded 343 recoveries yesterday bringing the accumulated number of recoveries to 231,201.
Two Category 4 cases are receiving respiratory assistance and under close monitoring while no cases were recorded in Category 5. No COVID-19 fatalities were also recorded in the last 24 hours.
These were shared by the Ministry of Health in its daily report.
The overall population receiving the fourth dose of the COVID-19 vaccine stands at 10.7 per cent while the coverage rate of Brunei population with three shots remained at 78.6 per cent.
Meanwhile, the inoculation statistics for children aged five to 11 with two doses of COVID-19 vaccine are at 86.1 per cent, while 61.6 per cent of adolescents aged 12 to 17 have been administered the third dose.
