A four-day camping programme concluded with a closing ceremony officiated by Deputy Minister of Religious Affairs Pengiran Dato Seri Paduka Haji Mohd Tashim bin Pengiran Haji Hassan at the Islamic Da’wah Centre (PDI) on Sunday.
The Huffaz Islamic Camp 2024 was joined by 16 male and 14 female participants.
The deputy minister presented certificates to the participants, best participants and others involved in the programme.
Organised by Al-Huffaz Management with the support of the Youth Religious Programme Secretariat, PDI, the programme fostered a deeper connection with Al-Quran while creating memories through various Islamic-themed activities, including horse riding and archery inspired by the sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).
The participants were also given the opportunity to strengthen their Al-Quran memorisation skills, develop teamwork, discipline and confidence in a fun and supportive atmosphere.
Al-Huffaz Management Chief Executive Officer Haji Mohammad Loqman Al-Hakim bin Haji Hamdan said, “The camp not only provided an opportunity for the younger generation to deepen their understanding of Al-Quran but also created a meaningful experience encouraging them to appreciate Islamic values.” – Lyna Mohamad
