The Belait Arabic School (SAB) welcomed 28 new students – 14 boys and 14 girls – yesterday, as they embarked on their academic journey.
The Acting Deputy Permanent Secretary (Policy and Religious) at the Ministry of Religious Affairs (MoRA) Haji Shamshol bin Haji Omar was present to witness the first day of school for these new students.
This included briefings and school tours held to acclimatise them to their new learning environment.
In addition, the visit by the acting deputy permanent secretary also provided insights into the implementation of registration processes for both the school and the ministry.
During the visit, the acting deputy permanent secretary, along with MoRA officers, also inspected some of the infrastructure and facilities to ensure they were well-maintained.
This will contribute towards the students’ ability to achieve their academic goals throughout the year. – Daniel Lim
