Twenty-eight participants of the 32nd Executive Development Programme for Middle Management Officers (EDPMMO) recently participated in an online industry visit programme to the Management Services Department (MSD) as part of the Management Week content.
The visit began with a welcoming speech from Director of Management Services Pengiran Mohammad Khiruddin bin Pengiran Haji Yusoff.
The visit aimed to enlighten the participants on the roles and functions of the msd, and at the same time allowing them to observe the challenges and issues from a higher stand point to achieve public service excellence.
The next visit continued with three briefing sessions from several sections under the msd.
Head of Service Delivery Division and Chief Service Officer Azlina binti Dato Paduka Haji Alidin briefed on the service delivery section; Chief Management Services Officer cum Head of Reform Division Mohammad bin Tusin dissected the Services Reform Division; and Acting Deputy Director of Management Services and Chief Management Services Officer cum Head of Organisational Performance Division and Head of the Corporate and International Affairs Division Hajah Normasidah binti Haji Abd Majid discussed the Organisational Performance Division.
After a questions-and-answers session, a msd corporate video was screened.
