Fourteen firefighters were promoted to First Class in a ceremony yesterday, attended by Acting Assistant Director of Operation, Human Resources and Management Group as well as commanding officers of Operation ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’ and ‘D’ branches of the Fire and Rescue Department (FRD).
