Haj and Umrah operator Darussalam Services Sdn Bhd (DSSB) held a briefing for 13 groups who are set to perform umrah next month.
DSSB General Manager Haji Jefri bin Haji Bachee spoke about the umrah journey and the preparations and arrangements during the briefing at Tokyo Hall, The Airport Mall in Berakas yesterday.
Meanwhile, Haj and Umrah Department’s Religious Officer Haji Abdul Aziz bin Haji Abdul Rahman delivered a tazkirah on appreciating umrah and explained the methods related to umrah.
He also reminded the pilgrims of the benefits and blessings bestowed upon them while during umrah.
The pilgrims were shown how to perform Tawaf and Sai’e as well as the do’s and don’ts while in ihram.
The first group will depart on December 2 and is expected to return on December 13.
