Workshop offers BMW owners a smoother ride

Sixteen BMW customers yesterday gained a good insight on how and when to service their cars, a review of vehicle maintenance must-do’s and additional services that are available to those looking to pamper their rides – courtesy of a new series of workshops which kicked off in September.

QAF Auto General Manager Alisa Khoo said, “We want to encourage customers, both old and new, to better understand their BMWs so that they can enjoy a smooth and enriching ownership experience.

She also explained, “These workshops at the QAF Auto Service Centre will further enhance how we engage with customers, while providing them high-quality, personalised service.”

Key workshop topics included engaging centre console to check tyre pressure, engine oil level and control messages; physical self-inspection of brakes, tyres, oil level, washer fluid and others; and basic service and maintenance of engine oil and brakes.

Participants were also provided with a step-by-step guide on the accident and breakdown process, including insurance and roadside assistance topics, service and warranty packages as well as original BMW parts and accessories.

Before wrapping up the workshop, attendees participated in a question-and-answer session.

QAF Auto Head of Aftersales Leonard Yeoh presented certificates to participants.
