    We are striving for better customer services: Postal Services Department

    With reference to the letter, ‘Call for consistency in postal services’ by Virtual Consumer, published in the Bulletin on June 23, the Postal Services Department would like to thank the writer for the feedback and their continuous support.

    We apologise for the inconvenience and have taken the writer’s suggestion into serious consideration, in to improve our customer services.

    It is recommended that customers download the Brutrack application or visit our website at www.post.gov.bn to track and trace their items. In addition, customers can visit the website to check the AR lists for unclaimed items.

    As for the writer’s situation, the collection of the item will be notified via WhatsApp or through an advice card.

    To further investigate this matter, we urge the writer to provide us with full details by contacting customer care at cscpost@post.gov.bn, call 238 0481, text to 8711002 (WhatsApp only) or visit our office at Mail Processing Centre, Old Airport Road in Berakas during office hours.
