Emergency work is being carried out to replace a 300mm sluice valve in the Sibulu water tank, bringing with it water disruptions in several areas, the Public Works Department (JKR) announced.
The entire Mukim Bokok along Jalan Sibulu including RPN Kampong Rataie to Kampong Buda-Buda and along Jalan Bokok Temada and the surrounding areas will experience low water pressure or no water supply (especially homes on higher grounds).
JKR urged the public to conserve water and to contact Darussalam Line 123 for clean water supply via tanker or to lodge complaints regarding the supply of clean water.
