A GROUP from Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA) via its Library Section visited the Borneo Research Centre (PenBorneo) at the Brunei History Centre recently.

The delegation comprised 11 officers and staff members of UNISSA Library led by Head Librarian Norhasinah binti Haji Moksin.

The visit by the UNISSA delegation was a reciprocal visit, as PenBorneo made a visit to UNISSA Library in December 15, 2016.

The working visit aimed to provide exposure and enhance the knowledge on library matters.

The visit also sought to broaden minds and trigger ideas.

The delegation listened to a briefing by Assistant History Officer Grade II Pengiran Ibnu bin Pengiran Haji Zulaihi and watched a demonstration on the preservation and restoration of documents, binding and manuscript transliteration.
