The Ministry of Health said there is an urgent need for blood types A, B and AB for transfusions in hospitals nationwide.
The ministry is calling for the public to donate and help with the blood supply shortage.
Donors can head to any blood bank from 8am to 11.30am and from 1.30pm to 3.30pm during working days.
Meanwhile, a blood donation drive will be held on January 10 from 9am to 11.30am at the Multipurpose Room, Level 5, the Immigration and National Registration Department headquarters. – James Kon
