Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA) held a two-day open day at the UNISSA Auditorium Hall recently.
The open day saw an exhibition of programmes offered from seven faculties at UNISSA and academic centres.
To help achieve Brunei Vision 2035, UNISSA opened two new faculties – Faculty of Islamic Technology and Faculty of Agriculture.
The Faculty of Islamic Technology offers Bachelor’s, Master’s degrees and Doctor of Philosophy programmes in the field of Islamic Media and Communication Technology, while the Faculty of Agriculture offers Bachelor’s, Master’s degrees and Doctor of Philosophy in Agriculture (Agribusiness) programmes.
This year’s open day saw a charity bazaar organised by students from the Faculty of Shariah and Law.
Twenty-seven local entrepreneur participated in the event aimed at raising fund for Tabung Ta’wun.
