    University holds data analysis training

    The Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA) organised the ‘NVIVO 12 Hands-on-Training (Qualitative Data Analysis)’ programme at the university campus. The programme ends today.

    The programme, which began yesterday was coordinated by the Islamic Technology Faculty (FIT) in collaboration with Centre of Leadership and Life-long learning.

    Around 21 participants comprising government officers and staffs, students and the public are attending the programme delivered by Dean of FIT Dr Hajah Tiawa binti Haji Hamid and Adjunct Professor of University of Technology, Malaysia (UTM) Dr Abdul Hafidz bin Haji Omar.The objective of the programme is to provide an understanding on NVIVO software while at the same time to assist participants in analysing their research project qualitatively.

    Participants also have the opportunity to understand the main features of NVIVO 12, as well as use data samples as part of qualitative data analysis training.
