Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA) received the Islamic Banking and Finance Institute Malaysia (IBFIM) Outstanding Industry Collaboration Award (IOIC) during the 4th IBFIM Certification Conferment ceremony in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia recently.
Royal Award for Islamic Finance 2022 recipient Tan Sri Dr Mohd Daud Bakar presented the award to UNISSA Rector Dr Haji Norarfan bin Haji Zainal and Dean of Faulty of Islamic Economics and Finance (FEKIM) Dr Abdul Nasir bin Haji Abdul Rani.
IOIC is an annual award for global industries providing outstanding collaboration in developing Islamic finance professional skills.
UNISSA was the first higher learning institution to receive the prestigious award.
