Twice to perform on ‘The Kelly Clarkson Show’

THE STAR – Korean girl group Twice announced on Twitter that it will be guesting on the American variety talk show The Kelly Clarkson Show on April 27.

This will be the first time Twice is appearing on this show. The nine-member group will be performing the song Cry For Me, the single it released in December.

Cry For Me topped Billboard’s World Digital Song Sales chart for the week of January 2,
reported Yonhap.

The news service also described Cry For Me as a song about toxic love-hate relationship, and that it is produced by American songwriters Ryan Tedder (of One Republic), Melanie Joy Fontana and Michel Lindgren Schulz.

Twice’s entertainment agency recently stated to Korean media that the group is looking to release a new single Kura Kura in Japan on May 12, and a new album in June.
