A case involving allegations of trespass for theft against a local man was adjourned for further investigations.
DPP Raihan Nabilah binti Haji Ahmad Ghazali’s charge alleges Sopian bin Sufri, 32, of committing the offence at a house on Jalan Lubok Palam, Kuala Belait at 7pm on September 23 to steal a mobile phone and BND40.
Magistrate Hajah Ervy Sufitriana binti Haji Abdul Rahman adjourned the case to October 7.
