Jigsaw Primary School CEO and Principal Helen Chin hosted a brunch to celebrate the students who achieved exceptional results in the recent Primary School Assessment (PSR) at a restaurant in Gadong on Monday. Jigsaw Primary School Chief Operating Officer and Medical Advisor Dr Jimmy Chin and spouse, Year 6 teachers and 60 students attended.

Jigsaw Primary School achieved the milestone when its students achieved excellent results in the PSR examination in November.

Forty-one out of 60 students or 68.33 per cent obtained 5As while 11 students or 18.33 per cent got 4As and 1B.

Meanwhile, 58 students or 96.67 per cent achieved A in Malay Islamic Monarchy (MIB) and 55 students or 91.67 per cent achieved A in Bahasa Melayu. Fifty-three out of 60 or 88.33 per cent scored A in both English and Mathematics, and 50 out of 60 or 83.33 per cent students achieved A in Science.

The school maintained its record of securing a 100 per cent passing rate since 2003 despite the challenges faced due to COVID-19.
