‘Train the Trainer’ boosts skills

A TOTAL of 14 Takaful IBB officers began a three-day ‘Train the Trainer’ programme at the Training Room of Badi’ah Hotel in Bandar Seri Begawan on Monday.

They are the first batch of 30 officers and senior supervisors earmarked to undergo various training as part of the organisation’s continuous effort to strengthen its sales and marketing team and retain the IBB Brand as the premier Takaful providers in the country.

The training was conducted by Dr Maria Rufina from Litmus Management Services.

According to Litmus Management Services founder and Principal Trainer Matali bin Haji Md Tahir, the ‘Train the Trainer’ programme is designed to develop or refresh the professional trainers’ ability to run exciting and effective training programmes.

This is because training professionals spend substantial proportion of their time training others.

According to Matali, the programme enhances the trainers’ ability, confidence and motivation by developing and refreshing essential training skills.

The next programme will be held on April 8-10.

The programme is internationally recognised, with its approach and methodology certified by the International Professional Managers Association (IPMA) in the United Kingdom.
