THREE men were charged with trespassing into the Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) building at Jalan Ong Sum Ping, with the intention of annoying the police.
These were allegations pressed by the prosecution in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday against Pengiran Eddyfairol bin Pengiran Awang, 44, Zulfaizal bin Haji Othman, 36, and Raduan bin Japar, 35.
Deputy Public Prosecutor Raihan Nabilah binti Ahmad Ghazali’s charges against the defendants allegedly committed the offences on three separate occasions, on July 16 and 17.
The trio has pleaded innocent of the charges set out to them before Magistrate Hajah Ervy Sufitriana binti Haji Abdul Rahman, who adjourned the case to August 1, for trial dates to be fixed.
