The Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) yesterday detected three violations during Operasi Peralihan, the movement restriction measure from midnight to 4am, according to Minister of Health Dato Seri Setia Dr Haji Mohd Isham bin Haji Jaafar.
“The violators breached the stay-at-home directive,” he said at a press conference yesterday.
The violators were foreigners Vinot Kumar Kailasanathan, Helal Khan and Mohammad Hiru Kha.
The RBPF said the violations occurred in the Brunei-Muara District.
