The Operation ‘B’ Branch of the Fire and Rescue Department (FRD) recorded three house fire incidents across Belait District on June 9, which were extinguished by firefighters.
The house fire at RPN Kampong Lumut was reported to the authorities at 4.10pm.
Ten firefighters from the Sungai Liang Fire Station led by Station Commander SO Sulaiman bin Omar were dispatched to the scene.
The FRD also recorded a fire at a house in STKRJ Kampong Mumong at 5.25pm. Station Commander ASFR Hanapi bin Haji Hamid led 10 firefighters from the Kuala Belait Fire Station to attend to the incident.
Meanwhile, a kitchen fire reported near Jalan Utara, Seria at 10.55pm was extinguished by four firefighters from the Seria Fire Station, led by Station Commander ASFR Azlina binti Haji Adnan.
