The Employees Trust Fund (TAP) announced that it is undergoing upgrading processes to improve customer service.
The TAP Call Centre line will be affected starting today. Customers can reach TAP on 2722929 beginning tomorrow until the upgrading works are completed.
The call centre operates from Monday to Thursday from 8am-12.15pm and 1.30pm-5pm; Friday from 8am-11.30am and 2.30pm-4.30pm; and Saturday from 8am-12.15pm and 1.30pm-4.30pm.
TAP also announced that during the transition period to National Retirement Scheme (SPK) this July, all TAP branches, e-Amanah online services and TAP e-Info kiosks will be closed from July 1 to 16.
