SINGAPORE (CNA) – A sun halo was seen from several locations in Singapore at around noon on Tuesday. In a Facebook post, the National Environment Agency (NEA) said that a sun halo is not a common sight in Singapore, as they tend to be covered by low to mid-level clouds.
