Brunei Darussalam yesterday continued its streak of recording no COVID-19 cases in Categories 4 and 5 requiring hospitalisation. Meanwhile, 201 recoveries were recorded bringing the national tally to 272,687.
The latest statistics on the COVID-19 situation in the country was announced by the Ministry of Health in its daily report yesterday.
The rate of the overall population that has received the fourth dose of the COVID-19 vaccine remained at 11.8 per cent, while those with three shots of the vaccine stand at 79 per cent.
Meanwhile, 62.6 per cent of adolescents aged 12 to 17 have been administered the third dose and 87.7 per cent of children aged five to 11 have been inoculated with two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.
