A representative from Baiduri Bank held a financial management talk hosted by Kemuda Institute for students recently.
Bank representative Siti Nor Adilah Haji Mohd Alias briefed the students on money management, budgeting, saving, spending and investing as well as set a goal and ensuring that they are financially ready for future retirement.
“I have now learnt the importance of saving and budgeting, how to plan our budget and manage what our need and wants,” said one of the participants, Prosper Pui Kuan Hui.
“They also guided us on how to set up and prepare an emergency fund,” she added.
“Overall, the talk was informative which will benefit everyone, not just the students,” said Prosper.
