ROLE playing is an active learning technique in which Kemuda Institute students act out an interview scenario under the guidance of their lecturer. In each scenario, students take on a role and act out the scene as though it were real.
The students simulated an interview process between an interviewee and an interviewer.
The trainer and the other participants can then give feedback to the role players.
The training technique was very useful as it resulted in more efficient handling of similar real-life interview scenarios before they go out to attend real life interviews.
