Minister of Transport and Infocommunications cum National Road Safety Council (MKKJR) Chairman Pengiran Dato Seri Setia Shamhary bin Pengiran Dato Paduka Haji Mustapha on Saturday called on motorists to be vigilant while behind the wheel.
He made the call during the 62nd Munajat Night held to mark World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims.
