A total of 120 Year 11 students of Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha (RIPAS) Secondary School, Tutong recently attended a sharing session on effective learning techniques – Road to Success – as a preparation for their Brunei-Cambridge General Certificate of Ordinary Level (GCE ‘O’ Level) examination.
Co-organised by the school’s Design and Technology, ICT, BTEC and Business Studies departments, the session aimed to spark students’ interest in different revision techniques and practices, while maximising their potential.
Three former students of the school shared several strategies of overcoming their struggles when facing the public examination last year. They were Exemplary Student Award recipient Izzlyenne binti Muayah; Best Student Award recipient Awangku Muhammad Muzaffar Muazzam bin Pengiran Haji Masrul Aswadi; and Awangku Mohammad Syafiq Hakimi bin Pengiran Abdul Rahman.
School Principal Hajah Amal Nuriyah binti Haji Ahmad Kumpoh presented tokens of appreciation to the presenters.
