Head Retail Products and Segments Jocelane Basir said, “Many people aspire to own their perfect home and realising this vision is a major milestone in their lives as it not only brings joy to themselves but also for their families. We recognise that not every house is a one size fits all and the same goes for clients’ financial needs. We take this to heart when modelling our financing solutions because we know that every client is unique in his/her background, needs and wants. Some clients may want to prioritise having additional funds to get started while others may prefer to have lower interest rates to manage monthly repayments. As such, Standard Chartered has tailored four different offers for client to choose.
“We also understand that home ownership is a major financial decision and the process can sometimes be complex and overwhelming. Standard Chartered understands these anxieties and want to offer a helping hand through our team of mortgage specialists, who have expert knowledge to guide and assist clients on this journey of owning their perfect home. Therefore, we are also delighted to share that interested clients can drop in to our dedicated Mortgage Centre at our Gadong Branch to consult with our mortgage specialists and get tips and advice on their home financing solutions.”
Standard Chartered Bank has opened a dedicated Mortgage Centre at its Gadong branch to cater solely to enquiries and consultations for home and property financing for both individuals or companies through its team of mortgage specialists.
