Makan Ceria Sdn Bhd in collaboration with Jerudong Park Country Club Sdn Bhd (JPCC) organised a Mind Fun Day at Jerudong Park Garden recently.
Some 30 participants comprising staff from four McDonald’s Brunei branches and JPCC attended the one-day event centred on customer service and hospitality training.
The activities were aimed at enhancing customer service skills such as effective communication, listening, critical-thinking, problem-solving and teamwork.
Speakers included Haji Ali Yusri and Salehin bin Haji Basir from Darussalam Assets Sdn Bhd; Assistant Manager Md Azirul, guest experience leader Azhar and acting restaurant general managers Norzainah and Zulfadhli from McDonald’s Brunei.
Chairman of Makan Ceria Sdn Bhd Edzwan Zukri bin Pehin Orang Kaya Johan Pahlawan Dato Seri Setia Haji Adnan and member of the Board of Directors of JPCC Pengiran Mohd Razali bin Pengiran Haji Abdul Rajak presented certificates.
