Tong Wah Low, on behalf of an anonymous donor, handed over 500 antigen rapid test (ART) kits and 120 bottles of hand sanitiser to Pusat Ehsan Al-Ameerah Al-Hajjah Maryam (Pusat Ehsan) yesterday.
