Special dishes in focus at cooking demonstration

The Royal Brunei Culinary (RBC) organised a cooking demonstration for local culinary enthusiasts as part of the Singapore Food Festival 2021 at RBC Central Kitchen in Lambak Kanan West Industrial Park on Monday.

The cooking demonstration was presented by The Black Hole Group’s chefs from Singapore – Md Zulfadli bin Normedi and Muhd Helmi bin Mohd Khairi.

The chefs demonstrated special dishes curated for this year’s Singapore Food Festival including Tuna Tataki with Green Apple Ponzu, Seabass with Sauce Vierge and Smoked Banana Coffee Tart.

The Singapore Food Festival 2021 is held at Anjung Saujana Restaurant from March 30 to April 11, offering a la carte, lunch and dinner buffets.
