Singapore delegation in Brunei for working visit

Senior Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security of the Republic of Singapore Teo Chee Hean and spouse, Teo Poh Yim, as well as delegation arrived in Brunei Darussalam yesterday for a four-day working visit. They will be here until October 4.

Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Abdul Mokti bin Haji Mohd Daud and spouse; and High Commissioner of the Republic of Singapore to Brunei Darussalam Lim Hong Huai welcomed the Senior Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security of the Republic of Singapore on arrival at the Brunei International Airport.

Accompanying Teo Chee Hean were Minister for Culture, Community and Youth Grace Fu; Minister for the Environment and Water Resources and Minister-in-Charge of Muslim Affairs Masagos Zulkifli bin Masagos Mohamad; Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Defence Heng Chee How; Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Law and Ministry of Health Edwin Tong Chun Fai; and Senior Parliamentary Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Trade and Industry Tan Wu Meng.

Teo Chee Hean and spouse as well as delegation are in the country to attend the 7th Young Leaders’ Programme, in which this year it is Brunei Darussalam’s turn to host the programme.
