The Safety, Health and Environment National Authority (SHENA) is showcasing workplace safety at its pavilion at the International Convention Centre, Berakas.
From June 15-18, the public can tour and learn more about workplace safety, health and radiation compliance, radiological emergency, preparedness and Response as well as initial incident reporting.
Visitors can also joined mini lecture series at the pavilion where interesting topics such as ‘Prevention of Major Accident and Incident’, (June 17, 9am), ‘Resilient Safety Culture in Creating Economic Opportunism’ (June 18, 9am) as well as ‘Enforcement and Compliance Culture’ (June 17, 3pm) are held.
There is also the Shena Apprenticeship scheme talk every day at 11am.
Members of the public, who are interested to join the mini lecture, will be required to register to reserve a seat. Details can be found in Shena’s official Instagram at Shena.gov.bn
