Shell V-Power fuels launched

His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah Ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izaddin Waddaulah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) in his capacity as Chairman of Brunei Shell Marketing Company Sendirian Berhad (BSM) Board of Directors on Monday launched the Shell V-Power Fuels.

The event at The Empire Brunei in Jerudong saw the unveiling of two new fuel variants to the Brunei market, the Shell V-Power Gasoline and Shell V-Power Diesel, designed to deliver enhanced performance and efficiency.

BSM in a press release said that the introduction of Shell V-Power fuels is to ensure that BSM continue to deliver quality fuels in line with the advancement in the global automotive industry. “These new fuels are designed to deliver enhanced performance and efficiency and will be introduced to supplement the existing fuel products,” added the company. Existing quality fuels namely, Shell Premium, Shell Super, Shell Regular and Shell Diesel remain unchanged and will continue to be available for customers at the current price.

Shell V-Power Gasoline will be available at 14 retail stations and Shell V-Power Diesel will be available at 7 retail stations. They will be priced at 82 cents per litre, and slated to be available to the public on 16 February 2020.
