The second batch of the Brunei Darussalam contingent for the upcoming 32nd Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games) left for Phnom Penh, Cambodia yesterday.
The second batch of contingent comprises Assistant Chef de Mission Umi Kalthum binti Haji Abdul Karim, Secretarial Officer Johari bin Haji Bakar and Medical Officer Dr Essam bin Mohamed Shaaban.
Permanent Secretary (Sports) at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports Pengiran Mohd Amirrizal bin Pengiran Haji Mahmud was at the Brunei International Airport to bid farewell to the contingent.
Meanwhile, the third batch of the national contingent comprising athletes and trainers is due to leave the country today.
