The Brunei Darussalam Scouts Association (PPNBD) organised the opening of Tedarus Al-Quran recently at its premises, in conjunction with the month of Ramadhan.
The ceremony began with recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah, led by Scouts Commissioner Haji Junaidi bin Haji Hussin, followed by Surah Al-Baqarah, recited by scout members. Mohammad Izzat Nasharuddin bin Mohd Kamaruddin of PPNBD meanwhile read Doa Peliharakan Sultan dan Negara Brunei Darussalam.
Brunei-Muara Scouts Commissioner Samsuddin bin Haji Ahmad was among those present at the event. – Lyna Mohamad
